Terms & Conditions.

By participating in or partnering with TBHCL Season 1, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

  • TBHCL Season 1 is open to male players aged 18 to 36 years as of January 1, 2027.
  • Participants must be based in or around Hyderabad and able to attend trials and matches in person.
  • Expressing interest does not guarantee a spot. All players must go through the official trial process.

Registration and Interest

  • Submitting an interest form means you want to be notified when registrations open. It is not a confirmed registration.
  • Official registration will require a separate payment once slots open. Details will be shared by notification.
  • TBHCL reserves the right to close registrations at any time once the required number of players is reached.

Trials and Selection

  • All players must appear in person at a designated trial location. No exceptions will be made.
  • Selection is based entirely on performance at trials. No prior relationships or recommendations affect the outcome.
  • The final squad is confirmed only after trials at all locations are complete.
  • TBHCL's decision on player selection is final.

Player Conduct

  • Players are expected to maintain fair play, sportsmanship and respect for opponents, teammates, umpires and organisers at all times.
  • Any form of misconduct, abuse or unsporting behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the league without refund.
  • Players must follow all ground rules and instructions from match officials.

Schedule and Changes

  • Match schedules are subject to change due to weather, ground availability or other unforeseen reasons.
  • TBHCL will communicate any changes as early as possible through official channels.
  • TBHCL is not liable for travel or other costs incurred due to a rescheduled or cancelled match.

Sponsors

  • Submitting a sponsorship enquiry is not a confirmed partnership. A formal agreement must be signed before any partnership is confirmed.
  • Sponsor placements and terms will be defined in the signed agreement.
  • TBHCL reserves the right to decline or terminate a sponsorship that conflicts with the league's values.

General

  • By submitting any form on this website you agree to these terms.
  • TBHCL reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
